Elevators take guests to their floors, and there is security at the door to help with luggage.

The hotel's location in a bustling area of the city can make it difficult for taxis to get to and from the door, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel was also close to a supermarket, making it convenient for any additional supplies we needed. Being in the city center, we were able to explore the area easily and visit nearby sights such as the Hindu temple and Nakasero Market. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we needed an adapter for our devices. The room was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and sitting area, added to the overall luxurious experience.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, cups, and towels in the room. The wifi was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our city break.
